Hello, I’m Chef Pam. I love to cook and I always
have. I have not always known that I wanted to
be a personal chef. In fact the personal chef
concept wasn’t around when I was trying to
decide what to do with myself. None the less, my
education, my career and many pleasant hours
spent in the kitchen have led me to become a
personal chef, my dream job!
In college I studied food science, and earned a
BS and an MS in Food Science and Nutrition. For
20 years I worked in the food industry doing
research and development. During that time I
married, had a family, and learned first hand
how difficult it is to balance career, family
and time for myself.
I completely understand the
challenge my busy clients face as they try to
plan, shop for, and prepare good, healthy food. |
